WHAT ASSESSORS MENTALLY NOTE (DAY-WISE)
Golden Rule
You are not being judged day by day. You are being verified continuously.
DAY 0 – ARRIVAL DAY (First impression without speaking)
Assessors silently note: punctuality, grooming, behaviour with staff and peers, phone dependency, body language.
Mental note: Is this person naturally organised or effortfully acting?
DAY 1 – SCREENING (Natural personality under pressure)
PPDT and GD reveal observation, calmness, realism, emotional control, listening ability, and respect for others.
Mental note: Is this person natural or artificial?
DAY 2 – PSYCHOLOGY TESTS (Inner personality exposed)
Consistency across TAT, WAT, SRT, responsibility, reaction speed, emotional balance, and stress behaviour are checked.
Mental note: Is this mind reliable under pressure?
DAY 3 & 4 – GTO TASKS (Behaviour in social pressure)
Initiative, teamwork, practical intelligence, rule adherence, and physical courage are observed.
Mental note: Will people willingly follow this person?
INTERVIEW DAY (Life audit)
Life consistency, honesty, responsibility history, routine discipline, and awareness are verified.
Mental note: Does this life make sense?
CONFERENCE DAY (Final verification)
Assessors compare notes and verify consistency. One question checks honesty and composure.
Final mental question: Is this person safe, reliable, and trainable as an officer?
FINAL TRUTH
SSB does not select potential officers. It selects already-behaving officers.
